Refund policy

At MUUMPY, each piece is handmade in small batches using genuine freshwater pearls. Because pearls are natural materials, slight variations in shape, size, color, luster, growth marks, and surface texture are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects.

Returns

We hope you love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging
Shipped back after your return request has been approved

To request a return, please email shopmuumpy@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Please do not send items back before receiving return approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized orders
Made-to-order pieces with custom length, hardware, or special adjustments
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Sale or clearance items
Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, restrung, or used after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an error with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as MUUMPY cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Natural Pearl Variations

Freshwater pearls are naturally formed, which means no two pearls are exactly alike. Variations in shape, size, color, luster, texture, and natural growth marks are normal characteristics of genuine pearls and are not considered defects.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control. If your package appears delayed, we are happy to help review the tracking information and assist with next steps when possible.

For packages marked as delivered, please check with members of your household, neighbors, your building mail area, and your local post office or carrier.

MUUMPY is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
