Thank you for shopping with MUUMPY. Each piece is handmade and carefully packaged with love before shipping.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Made-to-order, custom-length, or personalized pieces may require additional processing time. If there is any unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using USPS or another available carrier.
Standard shipping is typically sent through USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, MUUMPY cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
Free Shipping
Free standard U.S. shipping may be available for qualifying orders or promotions. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Faster shipping upgrades, when available, may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping Upgrades
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to ship quickly, but delivery timing is ultimately controlled by the carrier.
Priority or express shipping upgrades only speed up carrier transit time after the order has been shipped. They do not always shorten the handmade processing time unless confirmed with us.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
International delivery times can vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other charges required by their country.
MUUMPY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, we are happy to help check the tracking information and assist with the next steps when possible.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, please check with your household, neighbors, building mail area, or local post office. MUUMPY is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after a confirmed delivery scan.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help find a solution.
Packaging
Each order is carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit. Some pieces may include gift-ready packaging or a jewelry storage pouch depending on the item.
